Given the strength of feeling of the 'Antis', the application will be examined minutely for any suggestion of a lie and will be energetically pursued if there is even a glimmer of a fib. Strange things can happen in courts, and in the USA bloody ridiculous things happen in courts. The NRA is not represented by people ignorant of the law.
Their bankruptcy jurisdiction is so different to ours, that it is probably not worth trying to think for them without several hours of study first.
