The ways of love

The Essenians’ reality:
you must love others as you love yourself.

Love others as you love your Gods.
You will be happy, you will be rewarded.
Then, nothing will stop you
from following the ways of our Lord,
the ways of love.

Remember: first, you must adore
the God or Goddess that is in your soul.
Remember this while you go
along the paths of mortal living you must go through.
Remember, because you will have to go through those paths
until you learn to love yourself as you love others.

If you do not love yourself,
how will you be able to love others?
Be fair to yourself, everything else will come
as a matter of fact.
It is impossible to love others if you do not love yourself.

If we do not love ourselves,
frustration and bitterness will inhabit our hearts
Everything will taste like bitter bile.


Many of us are condemned to unhappiness
because we occupy our lives helping others,
failing to care for ourselves.
