  1. Visited by robbers once again.

    Today was not a very auspicious day. I awoke feeling under the weather. Then I remembered I had to pay a bill and do some shopping. So by 11:30 I was going out trying to leave behind any thoughts re my pains and ackes. I could not avoid going by the chemist to buy some pills for the strong burning I felt down my throat.

    At around 4 pm I was back home. Things had not been so bad. The bill was duly paid, my shopping included lots of vegetables and fruit.
